Wellness Tech Travel & Long-Stay Ecosystem
Built around cross-border wellness travel and long-stay living, DIMONDO integrates a global network of wellness destinations, accommodation, health management and lifestyle services into a single one-stop platform — uniting online with offline, and software with hardware.
The DIMONDO Wellness & Travel Platform is designed to deliver an intelligent travel experience that brings together health, rehabilitation, wellness and extended stay, providing comprehensive wellness services to users worldwide. It offers short-term travel (Tour), long-term wellness accommodation (Resort / Long Stay) and a marketplace (Local Shop & Souvenir), purpose-built for senior-friendly travel, barrier-free mobility, and physical and mental restoration.
At our carefully designed long-stay wellness destinations, guests experience exceptional natural surroundings together with intelligent systems developed by the expert teams of the Rehabilitation and Nursing Tech Industry Institute (HBRNTI), spanning intelligent assessment and assistive systems across health, rehabilitation, elderly care and wellness. The Rehabilitation and Nursing Tech Industry Institute (HBRNTI) operates nine research centres, and commercialised research outcomes from its physical check-up, health food, big data and intelligent wellness, and wellness travel and long-stay divisions have already been deployed into DIMONDO's wellness technology travel and long-stay offering. In step with validation progress, the platform is introducing a Physical AI roadmap — covering intelligent monitoring, mobility assistance, residence management and care support — so that AI moves beyond on-screen recommendations to provide tangible support on site.
Decentralized Governance Framework
Members and token holders who meet governance eligibility take part in the platform's development, the planning of wellness destinations and ecosystem partnerships. They are no longer simply users of a service, but active participants in building the platform.
Through a CPS (Cyber-Physical System), real-time information from each destination — revenue and cost data, visitor flow, product quality control — is mirrored into the wellness metaverse. Governance-eligible members can access this data within the metaverse and, in accordance with governance rules, submit proposals and exercise voting rights on platform services, destination planning, ecosystem partners and future direction. Every proposal and voting record is registered on-chain, forming a transparent and traceable governance process.
The CPS synchronises more than operational data: it also mirrors the operating status of Physical AI equipment and robotics at each destination. Service workflows and robotic strategies are first simulated and trained within the metaverse, and once validated are written back to physical destinations for execution through Sim-to-Real — placing governance decisions within a closed ecosystem loop that is both simulatable and verifiable.
DIMONDO thereby establishes a decision-making structure shared by the platform, its partners and the community, keeping ecosystem development closely aligned with real-world needs and driving the continued expansion of a global wellness technology network.
Equity & Token Revenue-Sharing System
Through a circular digital economy DAO, DIMONDO connects platform equity interests, ecosystem revenue and consumer applications into a revenue-sharing mechanism that combines shared value with genuine utility. In essence, wellness technology and travel real-world assets are tokenised under an RWA (Real World Asset) model and converted into transferable, revenue-bearing digital equity certificates — in line with the global shift toward institutional-grade RWA tokenisation in 2026.
This is a REITs-like structure built on Web3. Where a traditional REIT lets investors share rental income from real estate through small fractional holdings, DIMONDO uses tokens to let holders share in the operating revenue generated by its wellness destinations, equipment and services — the difference being that these tokens are immediately transferable and can be redeemed directly within the platform's travel, long-stay and health service offerings.
The associated technologies — digital drive systems, AI, digital twin, cyber-physical reality, robotics, the metaverse and blockchain — have also been licensed into the equipment and service systems at the platform's wellness destinations, forming part of the platform's competitive differentiation.
Eligible holders may participate in shareholder dividends and revenue distribution, or apply the cash rebates they receive toward wellness travel, long-stay accommodation, health management and lifestyle services within the platform.

The CPS (Cyber-Physical System) is the data backbone of DIMONDO's wellness destinations. Health monitoring, environmental sensing and smart equipment data from within each destination are relayed to the central system in real time and in both directions; the central system then applies digital twin technology to mirror the destination's physical layout, equipment status and operating data into the DIMONDO wellness metaverse. Unlike ordinary smart tourism, which centres on photo check-ins and guided tours, DIMONDO's metaverse also serves as an information dashboard for governance and investment decisions, allowing governance members and travellers each to see real data synchronised with the physical world, rather than a marketing showcase. For travellers, this means that environmental quality and health monitoring data at each destination are continuously recorded and fully traceable.
Who develops DIMONDO's wellness technology, and what can travellers actually use today?
These technologies are developed within the system of our strategic partner, the Wellness Technology Industry Research Institute (HBRNTI). Led by an academician, the Institute's think tank brings together more than 80 academicians and over 200 professors worldwide and operates nine research centres, with R&D spanning medical examination, health food, big data and intelligent wellness, wellness travel and long-stay, and rehabilitation aids and wellness robotics. It maintains a complete R&D chain covering both software systems and hardware equipment — from fundamental research and proof of concept through to pilot-scale maturation. The commercialised research outcomes of the four divisions most closely related to wellness technology travel and long-stay have already been deployed into DIMONDO.
DIMONDO follows a tiered deployment principle, with the order of introduction at each destination determined by technological maturity, industry demand and related factors.
Examples already deployed at destinations belong to the commercially mature intelligent wellness layer: smart home environmental control within long-stay wellness units; health monitoring support (daily recording of sleep, activity levels and physiological indicators, with alerts for anomalies); travel suitability assessment before and during a trip (evaluating itinerary intensity, altitude, walking distance and travel time against the traveller's physical condition); and comfort optimisation across the destination (air quality, temperature and humidity, lighting, and barrier-free circulation). This layer addresses what senior and sub-health travellers actually need: to be able to travel, to stay comfortably, and to have their physical condition properly observed.
How does blockchain protect my health and travel data?
DIMONDO holds the software copyrights for the Blockchain-Based Integrated Medical and Elderly Care Health Management System and the Blockchain-Based Multi-Source Data Analysis and Early Warning System for Home Health Monitoring of the Elderly. Users' health and monitoring records are registered on-chain through blockchain technology, ensuring that the data is tamper-proof and its origin traceable.
How does equity token revenue sharing relate to the humanoid robotics industry and the RWA tokenisation trend?
The DIMO equity token represents rights in the DIMONDO wellness travel platform itself — its physical destinations, operating revenue and consumption ecosystem — and is one application of RWA (Real World Asset tokenisation), a field currently developing rapidly worldwide. Its revenue-sharing mechanism operates on a dual DeFi + CeFi structure: online (DeFi), CTDAM carries out incubation and value-enhancement activities that generate ONDO rebates and investment returns; offline (CeFi), revenue derives from physical consumption and services across the HBRNTI wellness ecosystem. Settlement and reconciliation of both are confirmed by CTDAM, a company under CT Global (Can Tong International Asset Management Group), after which the platform distributes to DIMO holders in accordance with governance rules. The robotics and artificial intelligence technologies developed within the HBRNTI system for wellness technology applications are the principal technology supply source for DIMONDO's wellness services; the equity and revenue of HBRNTI's own technology companies, however, are not currently linked to the revenue-sharing mechanism for DIMO holders.
