This is a collaboration between DIMONDO and Sean Jiang for investment subscription channels. The fund will be used for development and investment in the DIMONDO platform, as well as for promotional activities with partners.

Token price
The price of a DIMO token is 0.012u for A round.
The Total Supply of DIMO token is 4.2 billion and the max supply of DIMO token is 1.05 billion.
Release rules
First release 0.625% a week after public sale
Additional release 1.875% within first year after public sale
Additional release 3.75% within the second year after public sale
Additional release 7.5% within the third years after public sale
Additional release 12.5% within the 4 years after public sale
Additional release 73.75% within the fifth year after public sale
(Gradually release by month or quarter for every release year，In the 5th year after public sale, you will be admitted to the DIMO-ONDO staking pool by default.)
Purchase unit
The total investment from this collaborating entity amounts to $100,000 USD.
Staking rules
In the 5th year after public sale, you will be admitted to the DIMO-ONDO staking pool by default.
Staking Service Fee: The monthly service fee is 1% of the current value of the investment (calculated as one month if less than one month. Reaction within 24 working hours.).
Rights and interests
  • The token price purchased in A round will be guaranteed to be no more than 15% of the public sale.
  • The average price of DIMO token within 4 years after the public sale of the DIMO Exchange, is estimated to be no less than 6 times the token price purchased in A round.
  • The average price of DIMO token in the 5th-7th year after the public sale of the DIMO Exchange, is estimated to be no less than 9 times the token Price purchased in A round.
  • There is an repurchase agreement, if you do not participate in the DIMO-ONDO staking pool in the 5th year after the public sale, the remaining tokens should be repurchased by DIMO team at the original price (12% service fee will be charged in this process).
  • The average annual return of the DIMO-ONDO staking pool will depend on the development and operation of projects as well as the amount of participants, which could be guaranteed to be no less than 10%.
